We run games in 13 languages: Armenian, Russian, English, Arabic, Turkish, Georgian, Spanish, Portuguese, Kurdish, Korean, Persian, Swahili, French. While English is highly valued and often beneficial for global operations, it's not strictly mandatory if you're fluent in one of our other operational languages.

Employees have the opportunity to participate in our bonus system. Each month, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) criteria are established based on current company needs.
Upon successfully meeting these criteria, employees can earn a monthly bonus of 10%, 20%, or even 30% of their salary, depending on their performance level.
Additionally, we offer a referral bonus for employees who successfully refer new talent to our team.
Our work is organized on a shift basis, ensuring uninterrupted operations. The shifts involve a regular sequence of 8-hour morning, evening, and night schedules. After a night shift, employees receive two consecutive days off before the next cycle begins.
